Our bespoke Building Survey to RICS Level 3 standard delivers much greater detail and advice about the property than the RICS HomeBuyer Report.
RICS Homebuyer Reports
The RICS HomeBuyer Report is a pre-set RICS Level 2 format report that is suitable for simple, traditional properties that are in reasonable condition.
RICS Red Book Valuations
We provide current and retrospective valuations (inspection based and desktop based) for many purposes including tax (Capital Gains, ATED and Inheritance).
