Tom, soon-to-be graduate in Building Surveying from London Southbank University, joins RSAV as a General Practice Surveyor. With prior experience as an estate agent at Savills in Richmond, he brings a deep understanding of the residential property market. His university studies have equipped him with key skills in areas including building pathology and energy efficiency.

At RCSV, Tom aims to apply his academic and practical knowledge to deliver comprehensive building surveys and valuations. He is committed to providing clear, actionable advice to clients, ensuring they make informed property decisions. Outside work, Tom pursues personal interests including tennis and running that contribute to his balanced and creative professional approach.
