We are looking for consultants who:

• Are a Chartered Surveyor, registered with a recognised professional body.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Surveying, or Construction).
• Have proven experience in surveying and / or property valuations.
• Can prepare detailed property reports and valuations.
• Analyse and keep up to date with market trends and property values.
• Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Have proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools.
• A valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
